If you are implementing a Magento Ecommerce store, one impotant step is to import customers. It could be you are migrating from an older Magento version, from other platafom, or simply you are implementing Magneto new online ecommerce store.
Firstly you shoud know there is an Import/Export tool which is under the System menu and how to use it. You should use it for complete the import process.
